About us
Palm Tree Rest Home is an owner-operated rest home close to the heart of Devonport beach. Comprehensive, on-going care is provided in the 28-bed Aged Care Facility which is comfortable, and designed to create a homely environment where you can live independently with the precise level of care you require. We provide recreation opportunities so you can continue doing all the things you love, and have beautiful grounds for you to enjoy.
Our aim is to provide homely comfort for all those who live with us and a friendly welcome for all who visit.
Our trained staff are more than just care givers. They become friends, ready to provide emotional and social support as well as meeting our residents physical requirements.
Residents can rest assure that they are safe and secure in the knowledge that there are nurses on call 24 hours a day. A Dedicated GP visits regularly and is on call round the clock to deal with any emergencies also work closely with other specialty services eg.Hospice and other support services.
